We’re looking for an experienced SRE who can own production systems, lead by example, and balance reliability, speed, and customer impact.
What You’ll do
- Own and operate production cloud environments (AWS-first; GCP/Azure as needed).
- Run and improve Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Build and evolve infrastructure automation (Terraform, CI/CD).
- Define and improve observability: metrics, logs, alerts, SLOs.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and follow-ups.
- Work directly with customers on architecture, troubleshooting, and improvements.
- Improve security, scalability, and cost efficiency across environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and raise operational standards.
Your skills and experience
- 3+ years experience in SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering.
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes production experience with deployments, scaling, upgrades.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS (multi-account, IAM, networking).
- CI/CD ownership experience (GitLab CI, ArgoCD).
- Infrastructure as Code expertise (Terraform).
- Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Experience handling incidents, on-call, and production outages.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and customers.
- Pragmatic mindset: reliability > hypeproduction systems or on-call rotations.
Bonus points
- Kubernetes / cloud certifications.
- Experience with EKS, ArgoCD, Prometheus, Grafana.
- SLO/SLI definition and error-budget driven operations.
- Security tooling, compliance, or hardening experience.
- Cost optimization (FinOps mindset).
- Experience in FinTech or regulated environments.

Range
4.5K-6.5K EUR Gross (depending on the level of experience)
