The main principle is that we collect minimal set of information which is required to provision the services. While delivering services we do not access, process or store Your customers data. We only process and store data related to Your company contacts relevant for communication while delivering the services and this is limited to following data attributes:

- Corporate phone number
- Internet Protocol (IP) address of computers accessing the service
- Web page requests
- Referring web pages
- Browser used to access site
- Time and date of access
In any other cases, company does not take any proactive actions to collect, store and processes additional information.
How We Use Your Information
Collected information is used only for the scope and purpose of service delivery and mainly are used in activities such as:
- Communicate product changes which might cover product roadmap, new features delivered
- Communication services disruption
- Communication on incidents You have raised towards us
- Provided services invoicing and accounting processes

Our Customers own the data. Therefore, we do not share data to any 3rd party without written content from the SaaS users.
In a situations when data needs to be shared with 3rd parties or/and supervision institutions, we always redirect 3rd party to the SaaS user.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically followed with notification letter to each SaaS service customer.
