The main principle is that we collect minimal set of information which is required to provision the services. While delivering services we do not access, process or store Your customers data. We only process and store data related to Your company contacts relevant for communication while delivering the services and this is limited to following data attributes:

Security

We do expect that each Customer performs own risk assessment of our services evaluating whether implemented contractual, organizational and technical measures meets Customer’s risk acceptance level.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically followed with notification letter to each SaaS service customer.

Candidates’ Data

When you apply for a position at CTO2B, we process personal data submitted by candidates for recruitment purposes, including name, contact details, CV, LinkedIn profile, and any additional information voluntarily provided. If you are not hired, your data is retained for 3 months after the recruitment process and then deleted. If you are hired, your data is retained for 12 months and subsequently processed in accordance with employee data retention requirements.
